Had this unit installed a few weeks ago, it's whisper quiet and was easy on the pocket book. Looking for many years of service.

5-star Silent And Efficient Nov 14, 2016

My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. 5-star Great Unit, Easy To Install Nov 09, 2016

So far this seems like a terrific unit. We bought it primarily for heating. We spoke with a professional local installer who was terrific. They let us do some of the things to save costs. The professionals came before and after to check over what we did and then do the vacuum pumping and a few other things we just weren't sure about. They charged us $360, so we ended up with an installed unit at a fraction of the price as if we'd... more

1-star Ignitor & Sensor Sep 02, 2016

Unit installed April 2009. Had to put a new ignitor & sensor in 01/10/2016. Parts alone were $500.00. I installed them. Now for some reason I am getting air in the system. Had to bleed base board radiators twice in two days. I never opened the system up, other than to put ignitor in. One day I had 6a on the computer and the next morning I had a 6L showing. Should have stayed with a boiler that people know how to service. Do not see any savings from old Hobart boiler that I had for forty... more
